A simple and healthy smoothie with date sugar and berries to start your day off right!
PurDate
½ cup mixed frozen berries
½ -1 cup packed greens (spinach, kale, etc)
¼ cup walnuts (optional)
2 Tbsp date sugar (depends on desired sweetness)
½ cup plain Greek yogurt (optional)
½ cup or more of coconut water
4 cubes of ice
1 scoop protein powder (optional)
Blend all the ingredients together and enjoy!
