Ingredients
-
½ cup Brewed coffee chilled (you can use a cold brew here)
-
3 Tbsp date sugar
-
1 Tbsp half & half or dairy free milk (if you want more of a creamy frappe you could use more cream or up to ½ cup almond milk)
-
5-6 ice cubes
Optional Add-Ins
-
1 Tbsp of cacao (optional if you want mocha)
-
1-2 Tbs Chocolate shavings or chips
-
1 scoop of Vanilla or chocolate protein powder
Directions
Add the date sugar to the coffee immediately after brewing. The sugar will not dissolve completely.
Chill in the refrigerator or freezer. You can do this step the night before or use a cold brew coffee mix.
Blend in a nutri-bullet or strong blender with the remaining ingredients and serve cold.
Serve with whipped cream and chocolate shavings on the top and an optional cinnamon stick on the side if adding our pumpkin spice syrup.
Recipe Note
