|Who doesn't love a good bite of cookie dough? In fact, why not skip the cookies altogether and just enjoy the dough with this delicious snack!|
No matter what your age... Everybody loves cookie dough! Eat it guilt-free with our date sugar, healthy cookie dough bites.
6 Tbsp cashew butter (or your choice of butter)
6 Tbsp PurDate Sugar
7 Tbsp flour of your choice (take the liberty of using a gluten free flour)
Pinch of salt
Water (as needed)
1 Tbsp date syrup, honey or maple syrup (optional)
3 Tbsp mini chocolate chips
2 Tbsp oats (optional)
Place nut butter, PurDate sugar, salt, flour, and the optional oats in a bowl and mix.
Add water until you are able to roll it into a ball and it is the consistency of dough. Add additional water as needed.
Taste the dough and add more PurDate sugar or a tablespoon of honey until incorporated if you want it sweeter.
Lastly, add mini chocolate chips.
Place in fridge or freezer to harden.
