Our pear pomegranate salad is so refreshing, and is perfect for anytime you want to cure your sweet tooth - without the guilt!
2 pears chopped
1 large pomegranate, seeds removed
3 Tbs PurDate sugar
2 Tbs unsweetened shredded coconut
7 pitted and chopped dates
Handful of chopped nuts
3 Tbs of Greek yogurt or more as needed
Mix everything together and sprinkle additional PurDate sugar on top and enjoy!
