A Purdate strawberry banana smoothie is just the thing to start your morning out right!
PurDate
1 lb of strawberries
2-3 Tbsp date sugar
handful of ice
splash of milk, coconut water, water, juice of your choice
1 frozen banana
Blend ingredients together until fully combined.
Optional Add-Ins:
-protein powder
-any greens (spinach, kale, etc.)
You can pour into popsicle holders to make yummy treats on a hot summer day as well!
