I love making this
sweet cornbread for my kids because it doesn't have any processed sugars in
the recipe. The fact that it is sweetened with the date fruit only makes it a
healthy option. It is so sweet, they even like eating it for dessert! I love
seeing the smiles on my children's faces when they are satisfied and
nourished at the same time!
